Both. Whether you're cutting, bulking, or maintaining, Pono calculates the right calorie and macro targets using the Mifflin-St Jeor formula and adjusts based on your training. You can also override targets manually if you prefer.

Are the recipes designed for the UK?

Yes. All ingredients are listed in grams and use UK supermarket-friendly products. The shopping list is grouped by aisle so you can move through Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi, or wherever you shop without backtracking.
